Probabilistic machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) dealing with automatic reasoning under uncertainty. GCS employs experts in the field and has developed Smart Negotiator™, an automatic offer evaluation tool. Smart Negotiator™ is a user friendly, yet highly flexible system that can take into account many individual-specific parameters in determining what offers to accept and what counteroffers to produce. In the most basic version Smart Negotiator™ separates debtors by portfolio and the amount owed, while the more sophisticated versions use personal situation and credit scores.
